Missed Appointments
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. Failed appointments disrupt the smooth running of the practice and waste time that could be given to other people who may urgently need our help.

A minimum charge of fifteen pounds will be made for wasted appointments,
excepting illnes, emergency, etc.
